About the Role
We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join our growing team, supporting enterprise customers in Singapore. This role is designed with flexibility and growth in mind. You will specialize in one primary domain based on your strengths, while gaining exposure to a broader cybersecurity portfolio. You will be involved in solution delivery, technical support, and pre-sales activities, with opportunities to work on advanced cybersecurity technologies and large-scale projects.
You are expected to have experience in at least one of the areas:
- Network Detection & Response or Network Performance Monitoring
- Web Security, SASE, SSE, or Endpoint Security
- Security Validation & Threat Exposure Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support
- cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers
- Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), solution design, and deployments
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting (L1/L2)
- Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues and improve security posture
- Collaborate with internal teams on solution architecture and pre-sales activities
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network, or infrastructure roles
- Strong fundamentals in networking and/or security concepts
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, TLS protocols
- Hands-on experience in at least one specialization track
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical issues effectively
- Good communication skills and customer-facing experience
- Motivated to learn and expand across multiple cybersecurity domains
