As demand for tailored solutions increases, we are looking for a Solutions Consultant (Technical) to join our team and bridge the gap between clients, the sales team, and developers.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in client-facing discussions and can translate business needs into clear technical proposals and scoping documents.

Responsibilities

. Attend sales meetings to support technical solution discussions with clients

. Identify client requirements and design appropriate CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or automation solutions

. Translate business needs into structured briefs for the development team

. Prepare technical proposals, estimated timelines, and pricing

. Evaluate solution feasibility and advise on what is practical or complex to implement

. Recommend automation and integration paths using current platforms and tools

. Ensure proper documentation and a smooth handover to the development team

Requirements

. 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or software project scoping

. Solid understanding of CRM, ERP, API integrations, and e-commerce systems

. Ability to write structured technical documents and communicate across business and technical teams

. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess technical effort and feasibility

. Experience preparing proposals and presenting solutions to clients

. Familiarity with modern platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Shopify, WooCommerce, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar

. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, project managers, and developers
