Solution Architect

Core responsibilities:

. To assist with Business Development activities which includes technical presentations, demonstrations and proposal development to direct prospects and clients and other WPP companies.

. To work with Professional Services team to develop effort estimation and scoping questionnaires.

. To be the Project Lead in project engagements. Depending on the size of the project, job scope may include responsibilities such as business analyst, project management, technical consulting and solution architecting.

. To ensure the quality of deliverables produced by Delivery teams.

. To contribute and participate in process improvement (internal) workshops to streamline processes amongst internal working teams.

. To be the subject-matter expert on product, integration process and complex program flows.

. To be accountable for success of solutions and acceptance by customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

. Has minimum of 3 years of Software Programming/Demand Generation experience.

. Has a strong knowledge and working experience in HTML, JavaScript.

. Former experience in Adobe and Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

. Salesforce CRM or Service or Integration experience will be an added advantage.

. Adobe or Salesforce Commerce experience is a plus.

. Former work experience/exposure to complex IT/software projects is preferred.

. Has the ability to pick up Marketing Technologies quickly to assist with sales demonstrations and solutioning.

. Has the ability to apply creative thinking, sound reasoning and to communicate effectively

. Has strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work independently as well as being a good team player.

. Is a proactive, detail-oriented and capable of handling high volume of work.

. Has an excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies

. Able to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation and has lots of initiative

. Results oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
