Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team to lead transformative projects focused on innovative digital solutions. This role combines technical expertise with project management to deliver cutting-edge Azure-based applications.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end solution delivery for a portfolio of digital transformation projects, including business process automation and system integration.
  2. Design and implement Azure-based solutions such as web portals and enterprise automation scripts.
  3. Develop AI logic using Azure AI Document Intelligence for PDF extraction and workflow automation.
  4. Create and maintain Azure Functions, Static Web Apps, and PostgreSQL-backed services according to architectural requirements.
  5. Oversee QA/QC processes by defining test plans and ensuring product quality aligns with governance requirements.
  6. Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives for the delivery team.
  7. Mentor contract developers, ensuring quality outputs and adherence to delivery timelines.
  8. Engage with client stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into user stories.
  9. Present design solutions and project updates to senior stakeholders while supporting proposal definitions for upcoming projects.
  10. Identify and manage risks/blockers, coordinating resolutions among various stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
  3. At least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  4. Experience with a blended onshore-offshore delivery model is a plus.
  5. Proficient in Python, Azure Functions, and RPA/GUI automation scripting.
  6. Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, including Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, and PostgreSQL.
  7. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar frameworks.
  8. Knowledge of QA/QC standards and secure development practices.
  9. Experience with project management tools like JIRA and GitHub, with proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  10. Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification Project Management certification preferred.
  11. Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, or higher) preferred.
  12. Awareness of IT security and cybersecurity measures.
  13. Willingness to travel for team management and on-site collaboration, including South Asia.
