- Agentic AI Authority: Lead the end-to-end design of autonomous Agentforce solutions, focusing on reasoning engines and ethical guardrails that automate complex public sector workflows.
- Multi-Cloud Governance: Architect seamless synchronization between Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to ensure a unified, real-time view of the citizen.
- Mission-Critical Integration: Design high-availability integration patterns (CDC, Platform Events) between Salesforce and external government systems, including FormSG and Singpass.
Security, Compliance & Risk Management
- Government Cloud Mastery: Deploy and govern solutions within the Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) environment, ensuring 100% adherence to IM8 and MTCS standards.
- Technical Vetting: Serve as the final authority on the Architecture Review Board (ARB), identifying risks in security, performance, and scalability before any production deployment.
- Data Protection: Implement advanced data residency and privacy strategies using Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring).
Leadership & Practice Excellence
- Team Elevation: Directly manage and mentor a team, conducting code workshops and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Influence: Distill highly technical architectural challenges into clear, strategic narratives for IMDA C-Suite and Executive audiences.
- DevOps Oversight: Own the enterprise release strategy, governing CI/CD pipelines (SFDX) to ensure zero-downtime deployments for high-impact services.
Professional Experience
- Experience: 7-10 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in a Manager/Lead Architect role at a global consultancy.
- Domain: Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation projects within the Singapore Public Sector.
Core Technical Skills
- Agentforce: Practical mastery in designing agentic AI (reasoning engine design, prompt engineering, and guardrail configuration).
- Architecture: Deep expertise in Apex (optimization & governor limits), LWC, and Flow.
- DevOps: Expert-level knowledge of SFDX, Git-based workflows, and automated rollback strategies.
- Integrations: Hands-on experience with WOG (Whole-of-Government) tools: FormSG, Plumber, and Workato.
Certifications (Highly Preferred)
- Certified Technical Architect.
- Salesforce Certified AI Associate or specialized Agentforce accreditation.
- Salesforce Certified in Marketing Cloud.
