Solution Architect & Development

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects (automation, integration, web apps)

• Design and implement Azure-based solutions, including web portals and AI-driven document processing

• Develop AI-powered workflows using Azure AI Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI

• Build and maintain cloud services (Azure Functions, Static Web Apps, PostgreSQL)

• Oversee Agile delivery as Scrum Master and manage distributed development teams

• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Ensure quality, security compliance, and governance across code, testing, and releases

Requirements

• Strong Python skills with experience in Azure Functions and automation scripting (Expertise in Java or .NET can be considered)

• Hands-on experience with Azure services and AI tools (Document Intelligence, AOAI)

• Familiarity with SAP GUI scripting and enterprise system automation

• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Agile tools (JIRA, GitHub)

• Proven leadership experience (team lead/project management) with Agile/Scrum certification preferred

• Understanding of secure development practices and IT governance

• This role requires regular overseas travelling (e.g. monthly) for team management and onsite collaboration

(1-year direct contract with possibility of renewal & conversion)
