Job Summary
Seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions for BFSI clients, bridging business strategy with technology execution. Drives digital transformation through scalable, secure architectures across cloud, applications, and data platforms.
Mandatory Skill-set
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT with strong exposure to solution architecture;
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Expertise in microservices and API architecture;
- Experience with integration platforms and middleware;
- Strong knowledge of DevOps / DevSecOps practices;
- Experience in enterprise system design and distributed systems;
- Proven experience in BFSI domain;
- Ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures.
Desired Skill-set
- Understanding of data architecture and analytics platforms;
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and BFSI regulatory compliance;
- Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL practices;
- Exposure to architecture frameworks or cloud certifications.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures across application, cloud, integration, and data domains;
- Lead modernization initiatives including legacy transformation and cloud migration;
- Engage clients to translate business requirements into solution blueprints;
- Support presales activities such as proposals, estimations, and technical presentations;
- Provide technical leadership across design, build, and deployment phases;
- Collaborate with delivery teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation;
- Ensure architecture governance, compliance with security/regulatory standards, quality, and risk management;
- Maintain architecture documentation and contribute to reusable frameworks and reference architectures.
