Job Summary

You will design and sell solar energy systems, driving business growth by identifying prospects and building lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with clients through site assessments and deliver targeted marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Design solar energy systems tailored to client requirements to support clean energy adoption in buildings across Singapore
  • Identify and engage potential prospects to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities
  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing activities to achieve defined sales and brand awareness targets
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate client needs and recommend optimal solar energy solutions
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and generate referrals through structured referral programs
  • Create clear and persuasive communication materials to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold professional qualifications in photovoltaics or renewable energy to ensure technical proficiency in solar energy systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate experience in sales and marketing to effectively promote and sell solar energy solutions
  • Possess electrical knowledge and a keen interest in engineering to support technical discussions and system design
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and self-motivation to engage clients and drive business outcomes
