Summary:
We are looking for a Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems. The role involves reviewing requirements, preparing test plans, executing manual and automated tests, and collaborating with developers to deliver secure and robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review requirements/stories and define test scope and plans.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual & automated test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, exploratory, performance, load & security testing.
- Manage test environments and automation frameworks.
- Log defects, perform impact analysis, and support design improvements.
- Validate acceptance criteria and showcase tested features in sprint reviews.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in financial or payment system testing.
- Degree in IT/CS or related field (preferred).
- Testing certifications (e.g., CSTE, CSQA) a plus.
- Knowledge of automated testing, TDD/BDD, and QA best practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
