Software Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1Take full ownership of the quality assurance lifecycle for international products, including functional, performance, compatibility, and usability testing.

2Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies, while developing and maintaining automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive them to resolution.

3Act as a key technical partner to product and development teams, providing expert QA input during requirement reviews and technical design discussions. Collaborate proactively to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

1Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in software testing or test automation. Prior experience with mobile applications (iOS/Android), Agent technologies, or testing for international/localized products is a strong advantage.

2Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go). Hands-on experience with UI automation tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) and performance testing methodologies.

3Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

4Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. Able to give and receive constructive feedback effectively to foster team growth.

5Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal) in a professional, multicultural work setting.
