Job Description
We are looking for Software Test Engineers Interns to grow our Edge AI Software & Systems team to the next level. This team works within the larger ASIC team to architect and enhance Neural Network solutions in the Video Processor roadmap including these current and older products:

The Software Testing Intern will need to have a good software engineering background and will be responsible for creating/executing test cases, and the development or debugging of software.
Responsibilities
- Manage the quality assurance of Edge AI Software & Systems products
- Actively involve in the product development process and coordinate with various roles to continuously deliver high-quality products
- Improve product quality and efficiency through technical means such as tool platform development, automated testing and performance testing
Skills
- Experience in programming with OO languages (Java, Python) and shell scripting languages (Unix shell scripts, Windows PowerShell)
- Knowledge with software testing theory and skills (e.g. API testing, automated testing)
- Familiarity with CI/CD via tools such as Confluence, Git, JIRA etc.
- Good communication, collaboration, task estimation & reporting
- Familiarity with the following is a plus:
- Embedded systems and microcontroller development.
- C/C++ compiling tools.
- Deep Learning framework - PyTorch
Requirements
- Currently studying a degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Commitment for at least 6 months full time
