Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of software systems. The role involves working closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to validate system functionality and improve testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Execute functional, integration, and system testing
• Review requirements and create test cases and test plans
• Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution
• Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices
• Work with global teams to ensure timely delivery of quality releases

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in automation testing / QA
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of test case design and defect management
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments
• Basic programming/scripting skills (e.g., Java, Python, or similar)
• Familiarity with API testing and system testing
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in end-to-end system or integration testing
• Understanding of networking or distributed systems
