Job Summary

You will lead quality engineering efforts in an agile environment, ensuring product excellence through comprehensive testing and collaboration with stakeholders across mobile and web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Champion and implement product quality and quality engineering practices in an agile development environment to enhance product reliability
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product features meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
• Design, develop, and maintain testing environments, frameworks, test plans, regression suites, and test cases aligned with evolving requirements
• Identify and address blind spots and edge cases in test coverage to improve product robustness
• Execute Manual, Automated, Functional, Exploratory, Cross-Platform, and Performance testing across iOS, Android, and Web platforms
• Conduct system integration tests with external systems and produce detailed test reports to inform stakeholders
• Partner with development teams to establish and optimize Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines for efficient testing and deployment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles
• Strong foundation in test methodologies with demonstrated analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in automated testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, and Appium
• Knowledgeable in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices
• Experienced in Non-Functional Testing including security, performance, and load testing
• Effective team player with strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of mobile technologies (iOS and Android - React Native) and web technologies (React.js, Node.js) including debugging tools
• Strong skills in Unit Testing using JavaScript frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine
• Proactive in exploring and creating tools to enhance testing processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Additional certification in Software Quality Assurance
