Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and system requirements
- Drive end-to-end testing delivery across applications and interfacing systems
- Ensure timely completion of testing milestones within project timelines
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (inception, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and represent QA
- Define testable user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Evaluate, track, and report test results, progress, and product quality
- Identify, manage, and escalate testing risks and issues proactively
- Stay updated with QA best practices, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve testing processes
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in testing financial or banking applications (e.g., internet banking, mobile banking)
- Advanced knowledge of test methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with test tools (test management, defect tracking, automation, test data management)
- Experience working in Agile environments, with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Hands-on experience in test automation, preferably using BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
