Job Requirements
- Degree in the field of Computer Science or related study.
- 2-3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity for software development.
- PMP/Scrum Master certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

Main Job Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Conduct user requirement gathering, review and training.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies SDLC methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
