Project & Program Management
- Own and manage software project roadmaps, release plans, milestones, and delivery timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Translate business use cases and customer requirements into clear system and software requirements for engineering teams.
- Lead project execution from planning through deployment, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality are well controlled.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and drive mitigation plans with stakeholders.
CrossFunctional & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key interface between business, product, software engineering, cloud/platform, and solution teams.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams (e.g., SG, TW) to align priorities, resources, and delivery commitments.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to management and stakeholders.
Software & Platform Delivery
- Support definition of system architecture, integration patterns, and nonfunctional requirements (scalability, reliability, security, cost control) in collaboration with technical leads and architects.
- Ensure smooth integration across microservices, platforms, and thirdparty systems where applicable.
- Drive best practices in agile / hybrid delivery, documentation, and change management.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure projects comply with internal governance, security, and quality standards.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and project management practices within AISBD.
- Support resource planning and capacity management across assigned projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in software project management, technical program management, or solution delivery roles.
- Proven experience managing software platforms, cloud-based systems, or microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including PoC, FOAK, and production rollout.
- Hands-on experience working with crossfunctional engineering teams and complex system integrations.
