Software Product Development Engineer

The Product Development Executive will be responsible for supporting software design, development, and implementation of SysBD products, including CENTUM VP. The role involves collaborating with overseas teams, leading knowledge transfer sessions, and acting as a liaison between the Singapore office and Headquarter to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.

Responsiblities:

1. Software Design & Development
   Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of SysBD products such as CENTUM VP and related solutions.
2. Leadership & Collaboration
   Enhance leadership capabilities by taking an active role in guiding and coordinating overseas team members on technical and project-related matters.
3. Knowledge Transfer
   Share domain expertise, product insights, processes, and problem-solving techniques with overseas members to strengthen overall team capability.
4. Cross-Cultural Bridging
   Act as a key liaison between the overseas center and Headquarter, understanding cultural differences and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and regions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product development, software engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with CENTUM VP or similar SysBD products will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, especially when working with cross-border teams.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
