Job Function
- Assist and support users with inquiries and concerns
- Prepares and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Investigate all reported issues or errors, initiate amendments, and perform testing to ensure system reliability
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date system documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with developers and project teams to gather user requirements and support solution delivery
Education And Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
- 1-2 years of working experience in providing primary support for Oracle Financial modules with focus on GL, AR, AP, NM and INV
- Experience using Oracle System, Oracle PL/SQLs, Software Development Process and Methodologies
- Basic understanding of Power BI dashboard development, user provisioning, workspace administration and Microsoft Azure cloud will be added advantage
