We're looking for an Assistant/Engineer who's passionate about technology and eager to take ownership. You'll be the go-to person for all things IT - from system and application support to full-stack development and project coordination. If you enjoy solving problems, creating solutions that make work smarter, and want a role where you can truly make an impact, this is for you.

As a sole contributor, you'll have the freedom to lead initiatives, manage end-to-end projects, and continuously improve our digital environment. We're looking for someone who's self-reliable, proactive, and has a great mindset - someone who doesn't just get things done but takes pride in doing them well.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and manage IT-related projects - from planning, implementation, to rollout.
• Provide day-to-day IT and system support to ensure smooth business operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal applications and tools (front-end & back-end).
• Monitor and maintain system performance, reliability, and data security.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to deliver efficient IT solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Explore new technologies to automate processes and drive innovation.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in IT/system support and full-stack development (e.g., C#, T-SQL, MMSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, etc.).
• Familiar with AWS & Azure (IIS, Virtual machine, EC2, RDS) is a plus point.
• Familiar with maintaining website using Next.js
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, curious mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
