Software Engineer (Vision)

Our client, a leader in the automation and optical inspection industry, is seeking highly skilled Software Engineers with a strong focus on Vision systems. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge Research & Development in Image Processing and Computer Vision Algorithms for automated optical inspection systems, driving innovation in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

. Design and develop software for automated Computer Vision Equipment.

. Perform software development for GUI, big data management, and multi-threaded programming.

. Design and develop Image Processing / Computer Vision Algorithms.

. Actively involve in the full Software Development Life Cycle.

. Work within a multidisciplinary team to carry out R&D in image processing/computer vision.

Requirements

. PHD, Masters, or Degree in an engineering discipline.

. Strong knowledge in vision inspection, computer vision, or image processing skills is required.

. Proficient in C++ programming.

. Knowledge in Visual Studio Development Environment.

. Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).

. Knowledge in programming languages such as C# is an added advantage.

. Knowledge of Deep Learning (AI) for Defect Classification is a plus.
