We're currently representing a few companies across payments, crypto exchanges and AI who are actively seeking Software Engineers (Backend) to join a high-caliber engineering team building high-performance, distributed systems at scale. This role is ideal for engineers who care deeply about code quality, system performance, and real-world impact, and who want to work with other top-tier technical talent.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and operate high-performance, distributed backend systems in production.
- Write robust, well-tested, and maintainable code with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
- Solve complex technical problems using sound data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers to deliver scalable systems end to end.
- Continuously improve system performance, observability, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of professional backend engineering experience, ideally in high-scale or performance-sensitive environments.
- Strong hands-on backend skills as an individual contributor.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust (Most Preferred: Go)
- Solid understanding of concurrency, performance characteristics, and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with a good foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- A pragmatic engineering mindset with a track record of shipping production systems.
