Software Engineer

Are you a passionate full-stack software engineer looking to make a difference Join our client's software engineering team where you will collaborate with their technical and product teams to build and scale digital analytics products to be used across the whole nation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and enhance web dashboards and user interfaces using TypeScript + React.js

- Develop backend APIs and internal tools using Node.js and TypeScript

- Collaborate closely with the tech leads to execute technical plans.

- Take ownership of features from design to deployment and maintenance.

- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

- Ensure product performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Contribute to AWS deployment workflows, CI/CD, and infrastructure improvements.

- Produce clear documentation for systems and features.

Required Skills & Experiences:

- Strong experience with React + TypeScript for production-scale dashboards.

- Solid backend development experience using Node.js and TypeScript

- Hands-on experience with AWS deployments and cloud-native architecture.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform is a plus).

- Understanding of scalable architecture and secure coding practices.

- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

- Strong ownership and clarity in communication.

Good-to-haves:

- Experience with Ruby or Golang.

- Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tooling.

- Experience with large-scale monitoring or distributed systems.

- Familiarity with data streaming and analytics pipelines.
