Software Engineer (Technical Support)

Descriptions:
-Must have at least 6 years experiences in network design and implementation, network hardware configuration, network troubleshooting and network performance tuning network and system administration

- Must have at least 6years experiences in managing network products such as Cisco, F5, and etc

- Must have at least 6 years experiences in administering Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems

Responsibilities:
- Must have sound knowledge of various network protocols and topologies, including LAN, WAN, switches, routers and servers

- Should preferably have experience in managing Network Access Control (NAC) System such as ClearPass, SolarWinds, and Infoblox.

The Programmer shall be required to:

a. Administer and troubleshoot network system infrastructure

b. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems

c. Perform installation and upgrading of network system and servers

d. Perform installation of operating systems, software applications and device drivers on the Servers

e. Perform backup and recovery of network devices and servers

f. Perform simple scripting in Windows Server and Linux environment

g. Perform any other tasks related to network and server hardware and software, end-user support and project works as may be assigned by the supervisor

h. Able to administer Clear Pass Network Access Control, SolarWinds, and Infoblox.
