ANALYST PROGRAMMER (HCL Notes + Domino Admin)

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6 years post graduate experience working with Personal computers or compatibles

- 6 years post graduate experience using MS OS such as Windows 11 or higher and Microsoft Outlook

- Able to conduct unit, module, functional and volume testing to analyze test results and to take corrective action.

a) Must have at at least 6 years post graduate hands-on experience in Lotus Domino Administration set up and maintenance

b) Must have at least 6 years hands-on experience in setting up Windows OS and server

c) Must have at least 6 years hands-on experience in setting up Linux OS and server

d) Must also have working experience in applying Windows and Linux patches, and troubleshooting windowsand Linux server issues:

e) Preferably with some knowledge and experience in VMWare Horizon View Virtual Desktop Administration set up and maintenance

f) Preferably with some knowledge and experience in SharePoint Server Administration set up and maintenance

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Manage and Support of DominoServers

i. Support and troubleshoot mail and server issues, such as mail routing, mail agents and other mail server related issues

ii. Support users requests for creation of databases, replications, messaging (mail, SMS, Page) requests and other similar Domino's service requests

iii. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the Domino servers to ensure availability of the services to users

iv. Assist in the evaluation of new products and technologies to enhance or improve the integrated office systems infrastructure

v. Assist in the provisions of statistics on Domino servers availability and other server related statistics and update of mail virus pattern files

vi. Coordinate with Project Teams in the analysis, presentation and management of IT operations date and statistics

B. Manage and Support of SharePoint Infrastructure (Preferably)

i. Setup and customise of several SharePoint Farm comprising of Webfront, Application and SQL servers

ii. Support and troubleshoot of SharePoint Farm issues

iii. Provision and support of users requests for creation of new web applications, site collections and related day-day SharePoint service requests

iv. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the SharePoint farm servers to ensure availability of the services to users

v. Assist in the risk management evaluation of new SharePoint version for future SharePoint upgrade plans

vi. Assist in the provisions of statistics on SharePoint servers availability

vii. Coordinate with Project Teams in the analysis, presentation and management of IT operations date and statistics

C. Manage and Support of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) (Preferably)

i. Setup and customise VDI clients running on VMWare's environment

ii. Support and troubleshoot of VMWare Horizon View Connection Server and VDI clients issues

iii. Provision and support of users requests for creation of new VDI clients requests

iv. Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of the VDI environment to ensure availability of the services to users
