JOB TYPE:

Long Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced software Engineer ServiceNow professional with strong platform knowledge and hands-on experience across ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and Discovery. The ideal candidate will have solid integration experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

. Key Responsibilities

. Configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

. Implement and support ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and Discovery modules based on business requirements.

. Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration technologies.

. Configure and manage Discovery schedules, probes, sensors, and patterns.

. Perform platform configurations including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.

. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues.

. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and translate requirements.

. Participate in system upgrades, patching, and enhancements.

. Ensure best practices, security standards, and governance are followed.

. Required Skills & Experience

. 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.

. Strong experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs).

. Proven experience in ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and Discovery.

. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, and data model.

. Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting.

. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

. Preferred Qualifications

. ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-SPM, or equivalent).

. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

. Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules is a plus.
