We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Technology team in developing Payment Applications and Products.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge, experience and will be responsible for developing high-quality applications.
They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Java / Spring Framework / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, HTML / XHTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Microservices Architecture and Event-Drive Architecture concepts
- RDBMS such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
- AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, MSK
- Low-code platform such as Mendix
- Agile / Scrum methodology
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with functional knowledge and coding experience
- Familiar with microservice and REST API design concept
- Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets and business goals
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of AWS will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Low-code will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in Fintech industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Have the drive and passion to learn new technology skills
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English
