Software Engineer

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to support IT operations and project delivery by ensuring system reliability, proactive monitoring, and automation. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain high system performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Observability & Monitoring

Implement and manage monitoring and observability solutions for systems and applications

Install, configure, and maintain monitoring tools

Enhance and integrate monitoring solutions to enable proactive issue detection

Analyze logs, metrics, and system health to create dashboards and operational reports

Automation

Automate day-to-day operational tasks using Ansible, Jenkins, Shell, PowerShell, or Python

Improve efficiency through process automation and scripting

Reliability & Support

Provide support for reliability engineering service requests

Participate in incident management and resolution, including after-hours support when required

Support project cutovers and production deployments

Ensure system stability in a 24/7 operational support environment

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT operations, monitoring, or automation

At least 2+ years of scripting experience (Ansible, Shell, Python preferred)

Hands-on experience with monitoring/observability tools

Familiarity with Windows, Linux/Unix, AWS Cloud, databases, and middleware

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
