Software Engineer

. 5+ years as a software engineer in service delivery, program or project management for enterprise applications in financial services/trading.

. Proven track record delivering multi-stream technical programs (platform migration, web application changes, and test automation).

. Hands-on familiarity with Selenium, UI testing, BPM/workflow engines

. Experience leading enablement for web applications (string externalization, placeholder frameworks, locale testing).

. Strong test management and automation oversight (framework selection, mocking strategies, CI/CD, flakiness reduction).

. Excellent stakeholder management with senior business & technology leaders vendor/contract governance experience.

. Solid grasp of SDLC, DevOps, change and release management, and production cutover planning.

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
