Job Title: Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Embrace DevSecOps culture and practices for application development.
- Collaborate with developers, Technical Leads, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to iteratively deliver IT solutions.
- Gain exposure to different aspects of the SDLC, including solution design, CI/CD pipeline configurations, frontend and backend development, and test automation.
- Adapt to evolving requirements and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Clearly articulate software problems and propose solutions.
- Demonstrate a team-first mentality, taking initiative, pride, and ownership of work with a growth mindset.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of frontend and/or backend software engineering experience in building scalable enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in modern web application stacks such as React.js, Spring, FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL.
- Experience developing and deploying on commercial cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD concepts, with hands-on experience using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Bamboo.
- Understanding of Secure-by-Design Lifecycle and application security practices (SAST, DAST).
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
