Software Engineer/Product Engineer

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Implement AI-driven functionalities, such as intelligent chatbots, to enhance user interaction and support.
• Analyze user feedback and system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve any defects or issues identified during testing or reported by users.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for features and updates.
• Experience with cloud-based development and deployment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Skills Required

• C#, SQL Server, .NET, AWS/Azure Cloud preferred.
• Python, MCP, Agentic Programming desirable.
• Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, and chatbot development is desired.
• Proven experience in software development.
