Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement high-performance components for market data processing, order management, and strategy execution.
• Optimise latency, throughput, and reliability of all trading-critical services.
• Work closely with quantitative researchers and traders to productionize research models and algorithms.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in real-time, low-latency systems.
• Proficiency in Linux systems programming, performance tuning, and concurrency/multithreading.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
