Software Engineer (Node.js / React)

We are looking for a Day 2 Software Engineer to support the operations and maintenance of enterprise applications in a 24/7 production environment. You will troubleshoot production issues, support application deployments, and ensure application availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Day 2 / production application support, troubleshooting incidents and performing root cause analysis.

• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across applications, infrastructure, databases, and integrations.

• Support applications running in containerized microservices environments.

• Investigate issues involving APIs, messaging, system integrations, and microservices.

• Support deployments, configuration changes, and post-release validation.

• Work with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and support teams to resolve production issues.

• Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders.

• Participate in 24/7 standby support and after-hours production activities.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen (mandatory due to security clearance requirement).

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Min 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, application support, or production support.

• Experience supporting production applications and microservices environments needed.

• Strong knowledge of Node.js, React, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and Microservices.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across application, infrastructure, and integration layers.

• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

• Willingness to participate in 24/7 standby and after-hours support.
