Software Engineer (Lean & Growing Startup)-Golang

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale backend services that support marketing campaigns and user growth initiatives
• Build systems for task management, reward distribution, and user activity tracking
• Ensure high availability, performance, and consistency across distributed services
• Work closely with product, data, and algorithm teams to implement growth strategies
• Improve system architecture to support scalability and long-term maintainability
• Investigate and resolve production issues in complex, high-traffic environments
• Continuously enhance development workflows, testing, and deployment practices

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong programming skills in Java or Golang
• Solid foundation in computer science and system design
• Experience working with databases, caching layers, and messaging systems
• Familiarity with service-oriented or microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in growth, advertising, or data-driven platforms
• Experience with high-throughput or real-time systems
