Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation, customization, and post-deployment support of software solutions.
- Provide consulting and coaching to customers and partners on product features and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with teams across departments, including Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Quality Assurance, to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in software application development, implementation, and support.
- Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to work on overseas assignments when required.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- Java, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
- RESTful APIs / Web Services and JSON
- Working with Unix and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with:
- Web/Application Servers: Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, JBoss, Oracle WebLogic, or IBM WebSphere
- Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Derby
- Active Directory or similar directory services
- Application Security principles
- Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) concepts
