Software Engineer #IFL

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using modern software development practices.

• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable and maintainable systems.

• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to deliver project milestones on time.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.

• Support continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices.

• Take ownership of assigned modules or features, depending on experience level and project needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in software development.

• Strong proficiency in web development using modern technology stacks, such as:

  • Ruby on Rails

  • Node.js

  • Golang

  • React

  • JavaScript / TypeScript

• Good understanding of software engineering principles, including system design, testing, and version control.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with technical assessments or coding tests as part of the selection process.
