Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with business requirements.
• Develop reusable and modular UI components while adhering to industry best practices.
• Implement state management using Redux or Context API, ensuring efficient state flows in complex applications.
• Build reusable code and libraries for long-term maintainability.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Develop and deploy applications in Linux environments, ensuring compatibility and optimization.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to their technical growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies to keep applications innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong background in enterprise development using React.js and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Web Workers, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, tools, and processes.
• Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, and PACT.
• Exposure to React Native for mobile development is a plus.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp functional and technical concepts.
• A GitHub portfolio showcasing relevant projects is an added advantage.
