Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (10+ years) in senior technology leadership roles, ideally as Engineering Director, or CTO equivalent positions.
Deep technical expertise across architecture, software development, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Track record of scaling technology teams and platforms, especially in high-growth or startup environments.
Strong product orientation and ability to collaborate closely with product and design teams.
Experience with modern engineering best practices: CI/CD, DevSecOps, microservices, and agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong security, data governance, and compliance awareness. Experience and knowledge in cybersecurity and secure network infrastructure is a plus.
