We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maximo Developer to join our team at Bahwan Cybertek. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IBM Maximo development, customization, integrations, and support, along with working knowledge of the Anacle Simplicity platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting IBM Maximo-based enterprise solutions that meet client business requirements. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality asset management and mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support IBM Maximo applications to meet business and operational requirements.
- Perform MBO customization, automation scripting (Python), workflows, and Application Designer configurations.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), including web services and REST APIs.
- Analyze business requirements, gather inputs from customers, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and support enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET (.NET) and related technologies.
- Work on mobile application development and migration, including Flutter and Xamarin, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
- Perform database-related activities including queries, data migration, and performance optimization using MS SQL Server and other RDBMS.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo development and enterprise application development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, client interaction, and technical documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
