We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on modern development and delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Build, manage, and migrate CI/CD pipelines across different toolchains.
- Apply DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices effectively.
- Work with Microsoft Azure services and implement Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Deploy and orchestrate containerized workloads using relevant tools and platforms.
- Operate within secure, air-gapped, or restricted enterprise environments, managing internal registries for all external dependencies.
- Communicate clearly and simplify complex technical topics to guide teams through change.
- Collaborate across multiple teams in an agile environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in application development using Java, .NET, Python, or similar languages.
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including migration between toolchains such as Bitbucket/Jenkins and GitLab.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Experience deploying and managing containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and guide teams through change.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in agile environments (e.g., SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams.
Advantageous (not required):
- Cloud certifications, such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
