Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Act as a Solution Architect for SAP systems, ensuring scalable and efficient system integrations
- Perform fit-gap analysis and define optimal business process solutions
- Manage stakeholder communication, client relationships, and escalation handling
- Drive delivery governance, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and project timelines
- Lead and mentor functional and technical teams across offshore/onshore models
- Oversee UAT, SIT, QA, and production rollouts
- Ensure continuous process optimization and system improvements
- Work closely with business users to translate requirements into SAP solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in SAP Functional / Solution Architecture roles
- Strong expertise in SAP modules such as HCM, Finance, BRIM, or related areas
- Proven experience in SAP integrations and enterprise solution design
- Hands-on experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with tools like JIRA, SAP Solution Manager
- Excellent understanding of:

- Testing (UAT/SIT)
- Deployment & support
