Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient software applications and systems that meet user requirements
- Support software enhancements, upgrades, and system configurations
- Write clean, well-structured, and testable code in line with Software Quality Assurance standards
- Develop technical specifications and assess operational feasibility
- Integrate software components into fully functional systems
- Maintain and document software functionality throughout the development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
- Automate processes using appropriate tools and scripting techniques
- Perform system validation, verification, and testing activities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and external system integration testing
- Deploy applications and gather user feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and delivery plans
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript (FeathersJS is a plus)
- Exposure to DevOps practices is advantageous
- Hands-on approach with a strong passion for coding
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and programming languages
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow
