Software Developer

Job description:

. Possess bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with strong fundamentals in programming and system design.

. Have at least five years of hands-on experience in full software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

. Demonstrate solid programming expertise in Java and/or Kotlin with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.

. Develop modern user interfaces using frontend technologies such as React, ensuring responsive design and an enhanced user experience.

. Analyze complex technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions in production environments.

. Design system architecture, implement technical solutions, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards and application quality.

. Work independently in providing production support, incident resolution, system enhancements, and continuous performance optimization.

. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.

. Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

. Demonstrate strong learning agility, adaptability to evolving technologies, and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in software development practices.
