Job Description

4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Strong experience with CSM, ITSM, HRSD, and Custom Applications.
Expertise in workflow automation, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow integrations.
Experience in requirements analysis, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and production support.
Proficient in JavaScript and Glide scripting, with good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CSM certifications preferred
