Responsibilities:
- Gather project requirements and analyse project objectives/goals to create customer workflows and dynamic, scalable Salesforce applications
- Troubleshoot errors and ensure solutions meet changing project needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements
- Develop Apex classes and triggers to support business needs and custom user interface development
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with third-party systems and Whole-of-Government components/services
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation
Requirements:
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be a bonus
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and customisation, including:
o Apex development
o Visualforce page development
o Lightning components development
o Third-party API and SFTP integrations
o Data migration using other CRM tools (e.g., Data Loader), including experience with Curam DB2 (preferred) - Configuration experience, including:
o Hands-on administration setup (managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data and support processes configuration)
o Designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules and flows
o Report and dashboard configuration
o Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript will be a bonus - Personal qualities:
o Ability to work independently
o Strong problem-solving skills with capacity to provide optimal solutions
o Effective communication with customers and business stakeholders
o Ability to provide consultation on Salesforce solution
