Job Description

Analyze existing banking processes, procedures, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements for software development
Translate user requirements into clear, technical specifications, use cases, and functional designs for development teams.
Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technical solutions.
Propose and evaluate technical solutions, explaining the rationale for architectural choices to stakeholders
Perform backend testing, review test logs, and resolve issues to ensure application quality.
Support User Acceptance Testing () and ensure user-identified issues are resolved before deployment
Use strong SQL skills to perform detailed data and business analysis.
Prepare reports on system efficiencies and communicate findings to relevant management and stakeholders
