Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the end-to-end development of a BIM-based regulatory compliance platform that automates building model validation against planning and development control requirements.
• Apply BIM domain expertise, software engineering, web application development, and computational design to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of regulatory submission reviews.
• Develop web-based applications, BIM data processing engines, and Rhino/Grasshopper-based rule validation frameworks for IFC and BIM models to meet agencies regulatory compliance.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces based on client's requirement needed for the projection of DC checks
• BIM Rule Development and Automation includes Analyze and translate DC requirements into computational rules and validation program logic.
• Implement geometry-based and data-based compliance checks against planning regulations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in architecture, Engineering or any related field with 5-6 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, Dynamo and Grasshopper
• Proficiency in Python/C#, Javascipt / Typescript for development work
• Familiarity with IFC schemas and knowledge of regulatory frameworks (BCA, URA, SCDF)

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
