Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and enhance internal trade & ERP applications using best-in- class coding practices.

. Work in multi functional team, squads, demo features, and continuously improve delivery.

. Collaborate with quality control, sourcing team and procurements analysts to do impact assessment and design efficient technical solutions.

. Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Ui Policies, and Flow Designer logic.

. Able to design and deliver Dashboarding requirements using FACT ERP / ServiceNow Platform Analytics.

. Build integrations using REST, Integration Hub and MID Servers.

. Maintain code quality, documentation, and adhere to governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

. Should contribute to multi-module projects (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and AppEngine).

. Good understanding of global import / export

. Proficient in JavaScript (both server and client side scripting) and ServiceNow APIs.

. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including Scoped Apps, ACLs, Scripted APIs, Scheduled Jobs, Platform Analytics and Flow Designer.

. Develop Service Catalog items, Catalog client scripts, Catalog UI
policies, and Flow Designer solutions.

. Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data transformations, IntegrationHub ETL and Service Graph connectors.

. Able to configure leverage and configure platform capabilities including Virtual agent, Email notifications, Surveys, etc

. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
