RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and enhance high-performance trading systems using C++ and Python.
Manage the software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Work with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Improve system performance, reliability, scalability and architecture.
Drive modernization initiatives involving cloud technologies, microservices, automation and AI-powered development tools.
Support DevOps practices and improve system availability and operational efficiency.

SKILLS NEEDED

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM or equivalent practical experience.
Strong hands-on experience developing production-grade C++ applications and Python.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design and programming fundamentals.
Good knowledge of Linux and distributed systems, preferably microservices.
Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Git or Jenkins will be advantageous.
