SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance Avaloq Core Banking functionalities.
• Translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions.
• Take ownership of tasks from analysis through to delivery, with minimal supervision.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance, stability, and usability.
• Provide input into solution design, best practices, and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring long-term and sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years hands-on experience in Avaloq development (core customization, parameterization, scripting, or related modules).
• Strong understanding of the Avaloq Object Model (AOM), PL/SQL, and Avaloq frameworks.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.
• Proactive mindset comfortable suggesting improvements and driving change.
• Experience in Agile/iterative delivery models is preferred.
