Configure core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) to support core IT service management processes.
Implement and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
Develop basic reports and dashboards to visualize ServiceNow data and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Integrate SPM with tools like JIRA, MS Project, SAP, and other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, APM, CMDB).
Automate workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years of experience incustomer-facing software, hardware, or systems architecture implementation ordelivery roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Consultant &/orsoftware developer ideally in professional services or consulting capacity.
At least 1 or more years of CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or FSM (Field Services Management) experience supporting development and management of IT services relative to similar roles. Demonstrated capabilities with ITSM, ITIL and SAFe Agile factory models. Demonstrated success in large scale capability development and deployment.
Scripting Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, CSS, and XML.
ServiceNow APIs & Tools: Expertise with Glide Record API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
Certifications (must have): ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Certifications (good to have): ITIL Foundation, ITSM Foundation
